On the evening of Saturday, February 28, 2026 at the Cobourg Community Lions Centre the Port Hope Rotary Club is hosting its annual Enjoy the Flavours of Port
Hope fundraiser. This year we’ve chosen a country theme, so kick up your boots, wear your cowboy hat and best country attire and join us for great food, live local entertainment, line dancing, auctions, games and more!
This event will showcase numerous local restaurants and caterers under one roof and, through the Port Hope Rotary Club, we’ll raise funds for community organizations and initiatives. Be our guest and choose your favourite dish among the participating restaurants, or if your taste buds are enthusiastic, sample them all!
But that’s not all….this fundraiser offers more than delicious food! Enjoy the company and competition with friends and family as you browse featured items, including silent and live auctions, draws, games, and other prizes. This event is a unique opportunity for our rural and urban guests to come together to celebrate our wonderful community. It also showcases our favourite local restaurants who are integral to our community, and they will feed us at the same time. And it’s also an opportunity for guests to show their appreciation for our participating restaurants/caterers.
It promises to be a fun-filled evening full of great in-person interactions, food, and festivities that will benefit our community with the money raised. We’re stronger when we work together!
WE CAN DO MORE TOGETHER:
Thanks to overwhelming community support for our 2 nd annual event last year, we raised approximately $19,000. Along with other fundraising efforts and the generosity of our Club’s Trust Funds, we donated $10,000 to support the Port Hope Walk-in Clinic, $10,000 to the Youth Wellness Hub, $6,200 to the Port Hope High School music program, and made sizeable contributions to many other worthy local causes. This year our Rotary Club is proud once again to include support of local Youth Programs in our service project plans and fundraising initiatives.
